Mealitaly has rediscovered an old family recipe, which were handed down from mother to daughter, and has “changed clothes” of garlic maintaining its beneficial properties and, above all, its taste. We created a mousse and called it Garlic sauce. It is an exquisite spreadable cream, perfect to accompany and enrich from simple toasts to cheese platters, meats and vegetables.
