Our pesto is made of the freshest basil and most delicious anchovies. Basil is originally from Cetara, an area called by locals “Pestaia” and is cultivated and chosen according to the most ancient traditions. We use only Extra Virgin Olive Oil PDO of Sorrento and the recipe is typical of the pesto with a small difference – our variant, maintaining the unique and inimitable taste, in this original sauce pine nuts are replaced with anchovy extract.
